Worked his way through every customer-facing role — from salesperson to finance manager. Mastered the deal from every angle, including the F&I office most buyers fear.

Moved into sales management and leadership roles, building and coaching teams to consistently outperform in some of the most competitive automotive markets in the region.

Peak Career

General Manager — Top Regional Stores

Became General Manager, running some of the highest-volume, most successful dealerships in the region. Named #1 Nissan dealer in Pennsylvania.

Founded Pearl Auto Advocates

Left the dealer side to build Pearl Auto Advocates — a flat-fee advocacy service that uses 30 years of insider knowledge exclusively in the client’s favor. The Pearl Standard was born.
